Delivery Information
Orders received before 2.30pm UK time Monday – Friday will be sent out the same day. Orders received after 2.30pm UK time Monday – Friday will be sent out the next working day (except UK public holidays and subject to stock availability).
Delivery options are as follows:
Standard delivery - UK - £2.95 per order (free for orders over £75)
The order will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This service usually takes 1-4 working days delivery.
You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our premises and a signature is required upon delivery.
If no-one is present at the time of the delivery, Royal Mail will put a card through your post box allowing you to collect from your local sorting office or to re-arrange delivery.
Express delivery – mainland UK - £6.95 per order
Deliveries should be delivered next working day, but can take up to 3 working days. Please do not contact us until after this period. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order leaves our premises and a signature is required upon delivery.
The order will be sent using the DPD courier service and a signature is required upon delivery. If no-one is present at the time of the delivery, DPD will put a card through your post box allowing you to collect from your local DPD centre or to re-arrange delivery.
Express delivery – Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland - £16.95 per order
Deliveries can take up to 4 working days. Please do not contact us until after this period. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.

Overseas delivery - £12 (Europe), £18 (Rest of the World)
The order will be sent using Royal Mail's Small Packet Global Service. Depending on your location in the world, your item could take up to 21 days to reach you.

If no-one is present at the time of the delivery, your local postal service will put a card through your post box detailing the next steps to take.
Non-EU Countries
You may need to pay customs or import duties on your order once it reaches your country. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so if you would like more information, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of an order which is out of our hands.
